Casa III is one of our newer accommodation units, designed for guests who want the convenience of staying just steps away from the beach. It features an air-conditioned room, private comfort room, and a private kitchen with essential appliances and cooking facilities. The accommodation also has a veranda where guests can relax, dine, and enjoy the surrounding beachfront atmosphere.
Sleeping Arrangement:
2 bunk beds – sleeps up to 8 guests
2 queen-size mattresses – sleeps an additional 2–4 guests
Capacity: 10–12 guests
Excess pax allowed: 2 excess pax
Excess pax charge: ₱350 per excess
Standard rate: ₱12,000
2 Nights Minimum stay, 20% OFF Each Night: ₱9,600 (September - November stay's)
Rainy Season Promo, 15% OFF Each night: ₱10,200 (September - October stay's)
